| 摘要： | Two Knowles Transport drivers have completed the Train the Trainer programme, enabling them to complete assessments on drivers to become more fuel efficient and safer. Driver trainer Dene Hill (above left) and driver training manager Paul Boon (above right) will now also give feedback on the three-day course so it can be tweaked for future applicants. The Train the Trainer programme is just one part of Knowles' training strategy which also features the Warehouse to Wheels programme, which encourages young drivers and warehouse operatives to enter into a 13-month training course that will see them become truck drivers. The training was undertaken through Wisbech-based Coopers Transport Services (CTS) which offers driver training and a range of transport training courses, including OLAC and Driver CPC. |
