| 摘要： | Funds raised from the sale of a Midland Red in Preservation 2022 calendar will help put historic BMMO S23 single-decker 5941 (UHA 941H) back on the road. This 51-seater, new in January 1970, was the final bus built in its entirety at Midland Red's Carlyle Works in Birmingham. Later vehicles in the same batch had bodywork completed by Plaxton in Scarborough. The calendar has colour photographs taken of preserved Midland Red buses and coaches from the 1970s to 2021 and is also supported with illustrations of Midland Red ephemera. It is available for £15 (post free) from Trevor Follows, 11 The Burrows, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 5WS, cheques payable to T Follows. |
