| 摘要： | The recent award to Warrington's Own Buses (WOB) of three significant government grants appears to offer the council-owned operation a rosy future. ZEBRA funding of more than £20m will enable the existing bus fleet to be replaced by 120 electric vehicles; an award of £22.1m from the Town Fund Initiative will finance seven key projects, including a new depot, and sustainable travel initiatives; and the recently announced success in securing funding for its BSIP (Bus Service Improvement Plan) will allow implementation of a raft of ambitious measures to improve bus usage in the borough. |
