| 摘要： | From August 1, 2022, the Office of the Traffic Commissioners (OTC) will no longer be accepting paper applications for new licences, or for major changes to existing licences. In a blog post, the OTC said that many applications made on paper forms are on 'old, outdated forms that we can't accept, and this delays applications'. In many annual reports, traffic commissioners have noted delays in the licencing process caused by a lack of resource, and have been below targets for the speed of licence application processing. Between April 2021 and March 2022, the average PSV licence application took 57 working days. |
