| 摘要： | The Arizona Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) produced this annual Highway Safety Plan (HSP) to serve as the guide for the implementation of highway safety projects throughout Arizona and as the application for funding through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Projects are funded to meet specific highway safety goals and performance measures as enumerated in this document, and are based on state and national traffic safety data, including data on crashes, fatalities, injuries and citations to ensure that projects are focused on areas of greatest need in the state. |
