摘要：	I was interested to read Simon Brown's experience of public transport in Swindon [Buses January). Since taking the reins of the former Thamesdown Transport operation in 2017, we have introduced a range of improvements, designed to benefit those travelling with us across the town. From the very beginning, we listened to our customers - who were very clear about the enhancements they wanted to see. We started by investing heavily in a fleet of brand-new buses to serve routes in-and-around Swindon.
