| 摘要： | MG Motor UK's rapid acceleration up the sales charts looks guaranteed to gather momentum with the first in its new generation of affordable electric vehicles (EVs) - the MG4. The Chinese-owned British brand is leading efforts to combat issues of afforda-bility around making the switch to zero-emissions travel and a starting price of £25,995 for its latest addition is just one headline-grabbing stat. Built on MG's new MSP underpinnings, the MG4 is 4.29 metres long - almost identical to the Volkswagen ID.3 it undercuts by around £8,500 - and delivers a 218-mile range and 7.7 second acceleration to 62mph in standard trim. AM travelled to classic car mecca Bicester Heritage, near Oxford, to get a feel for the Top Trumps star of affordable EVs. There are two battery sizes - 51kWh and 64kWh - and three available trims of MG4 coming to the UK initially: SE Standard Range (£25,995); SE Long Range (£28,495); and Trophy (£31,495), which is only available with the larger battery. |
