While it would seem that buying experiences are becoming more streamlined within the automotive industry, there's a critical factor that is yet to be incorporated - the finance journey. Most buying journeys stem from either the need or want of a new vehicle, meaning the relationship between a customer and retailer is formed early on. Connecting the customer to a lender and finance solution can be a lot trickier, with multiple applications commonly sent off at once.
