| 摘要： | Virtually every phase of this Highway Safety Performance Plan (HSPP) is aligned with the priorities and strategies in the Washington State Strategic Highway Safety Plan: Target Zero. The third version of this guiding light document (Target Zero) was signed by Governor Gregoire in 2010. The fourth iteration of the Target Zero Plan will be sent to the Governor for approval in late CY 2013. The HSPP Planning Document section this year will again include a wide variety of proven strategies and new and innovative countermeasures that focus almost entirely on emphasis areas found in Target Zero priority levels 1 and 2. |
