| 摘要： | The term framework conditions is meant to capture any domestic circumstance affecting the competitiveness of Norwegian companies. We analyse how these conditions impact on the costs of transport and logistics. The analysis is based on a survey of logistics cost components, on cost models for transport and logistics developed for use in a national freight transport model, and on literature studies. The national freight transport model is used to estimate how differing framework conditions affect logistics costs and mode split. |
