| 摘要： | The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has revised its manual for cost-benefit analysis. In this context, the Institute of Transport Economics (TO1) has been asked to provide certain input data - parameters, unit costs and indices for cost updating. These are presented in the present report. The framework in which they are to be applied is presented in TO1 report 798/2005. |
