The meeting was held at the Hilton Springfield Hotel in Springfield, Va. The IWUB is an advisory board established to monitor the Inland Waterways Trust Fund (IWTF) and to make recommendations to the Army and to Congress on investment priorities to support inland navigation infrastructure needs using resources from the fund. |
