A series of severe storas daaaged the coastline of the state of California in the early aonths of 1983, causing an estiaated $4.4 alllion In damages to the Crescent City outer breakwater, and necessitating Inaedlate reaedlal aeasures. The dolos section near the curved region of the structure experienced aajor accwilatlve daaage during these storas. |
