| 摘要： | Although extensive literature exists on urban stormwater best management practices (BMPs), to date there has been no centralized, easy to use, scientifically-sound tool for assessing the appropriateness of BMPs under various conditions. In response to this need, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in cooperation with the US EPA Office of Water, developed a scientifically-based approach and management tool for the information needed to evaluate the effectiveness of urban stormwater runoff BMPs nationwide. This user's guide provides an introduction to the software program resulting from this project. Wright Water Engineers, Inc., Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and URS Greiner Woodward Clyde assisted in preparation of the document. The CD-ROM containing the software package (EPA 832/C-00-001) should be distributed along with this title. |
