| 摘要： | Asset Manager PT (short for Asset Manager Program Tool) is a software product designed to assist transportation agency executives and program managers in understanding the impacts of including different combinations of projects in their project spending programs. Asset Manager PT is a program tradeoff tool that allows you to look at the performance implications of investing in different sets of projects. It is designed to support short-range (one- to three-year) program tradeoff decisions. You provide the tool with a summary description of your asset inventory, and a set of current performance measure values for the system. You also provide a candidate project list, and performance impact for individual projects. The tool then allows you to see how different project ranking methods and budget allocations would affect project selections. |
