| 摘要： | This report describes a methodology for valuing the benefits from information provided by a Physical Oceanographic Real-Time System (PORTS) installation. We describe an approach to estimate benefits in dollar terms to the extent possible, and also discuss ways to treat nonquantifiable benefits. |
