摘要: The Highway Safety Research Center (HSRC) has evaluated a number of innovative bicycling countermeasures within the State of Florida for the Florida DOT. Examples include a study of red shoulders as a pedestrian and bicycle facility, an evaluation of bike lanes next to parking, and an examination of the shared-use arrow in a wide curb lane corridor also performed a study of lateral spacing of bicycles and motor vehicles on various types of roadways, and this study served as a model for the current effort.
