| 摘要： | The report describes the use of Mobility Management (MM) to reduce car use in European cities. Swedish and Norwegian cities are given special attention. There is not yet any city in Norway which has established a so-called Mobility center. In order to get fast and measurable effects it is recommended to organize public-private partnerships with local employers. It is also recommended to organize a Norwegian network of cities working with MM for exchange of results and ideas. Several ministries should coordinate their resources and produce guidance for local initiatives. The report recommends further research on how results from local initiatives can be evaluated in order to improve the packages of measures. |
