| 摘要： | The report has three main tasks. First, it reviews current practice when it comes to the Agency for Planning and Building Services handling of zoning and building permits. Second, it gathers data about car ownership, density, service, urbanization and commuting. The last part provides suggestions for new norms. It includes aspects which both the administration and the politicians should consider when they revise the current parking norms. |
