| 摘要： | The “Range of Alternatives” (ROA) for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Passenger Rail Corridor Study (APRCS) consists of all reasonable routes, station locations and modes that will be evaluated as part of the study. This memorandum describes the process carried out to develop the initial range of alternatives, details the components of an alternative including alignment segments and stations, summarizes the stakeholder input gained from an interactive ROA workshop and the public scoping process and presents the initial screening results and subsequent bundled conceptual alternatives. |
