| 摘要： | The objective of this proposed research effort is to compile and synthesize current and past research on value of time (VOT) and the value of reliability of travel. This effort will compile extensive research into an application-oriented document that provides transportation modelers with reasonable ranges for VOT, classified by income level, trip purpose, or other relevant parameters, with practical guidance on other VOT adjustments. The effort will also synthesize the more limited research on value of time reliability to provide practical guidance, based on current knowledge and to identify priority areas for further research. |
