| 摘要： | The scope of work for the Public Transit and Specialized Transportation Providers Database includes: a review of all existing public transit and specialized transportation providers, beginning with IDOT's 5310 and 5311 grantees; an analysis of other data sources and their available information, including Rural Transit Assistance Center and the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Transportation (ICCT); needs assessment to identify the core data/information as perceived by members of the ICCT; with help from the ICCT, solicit from the providers identified, information pertaining to service area, funding streams, and types of service provided; geo-coding addresses of area served in Illinois, by county as well as provider; developing a web-based user-friendly presentation of the data -- in both a geo-spatial and database format; and establishing database and web maintenance protocols and mechanisms for updating information. |
