| 摘要： | Emergency incidents occurred on the expressway may cause traffic congestion or blocking, significant casualties and property damage, substantial ecological damage, and may also have significant social impact or affect public safety.Consequences and impacts caused by the emergency incidents are directly linked to the capability of responding and solving the problems in a timely manner.Use of technology to alarm and positioning emergency incidents, such as " Internet + " based alarm, incident localization intelligence, is an inevitable way for highway management agencies to deal with the emergency incidents with improved effectiveness.In the construction process of comprehensive information management system for expressway commanding and dispatching in Jilin Province, the expressway emergency positioning based on manual entry and Internet + multiple ways is proposed and implemented. |
