| 摘要： | This paper introduces the construction or accessible environments in Hunan Province from such four aspects as accessible environment transformation for resident households, accessible environment transformation for communities, accessible environments of cities (counties), and information accessibility.The Disabled Persons' s Federation has promoted the construction of accessible environments and made some positive achievements through carrying out investigations and researches, promoting the legislation of accessible environment construction regulations, drawing the attention of the whole society and playing an exemplary role in comprehensive accessible service facilities for persons with disabilities.However, there are still many difficulties such as backward perception, insufficient investment and lack of technologies in the construction of accessible environments.It is recommended to formulate and issue the Regulations on the Construction of Accessible Environments in Hunan Province;increase the investment and focus on meeting urgent demands of specific populations for Accessible Environments;take various measures and strive to enhance the construction of accessible environments in the whole society. |
