| 摘要： | The population aging has been developing rapidly in China, with new features of great increase in aged population, prominent state of aging,increase in the percentage of empty-nest families and growing population of elders with disabilities, etc.Looking at the construction and development of urban and rural accessible facilities in China, the system construction,environment construction and the quantity and quality of special facilities and equipment for the aged and persons with disabilities all have made considerable development and progress compared to the past.But, considering the needs of the rapid development of population aging, prominent demands still remain to be satisfied due to the insufficiency in accessible environment construction and transformation for families, in construction of livable environments that are suitable for the aged in urban and rural communities and in accessible environment construction of long-term caring and service homes,etc.Therefore, the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and documents should be further implemented;investment should be increased;accessible road and facility construction should be accelerated;standards and specifications should be perfected and inspection and supervision should be intensified, so as to promote the construction of accessible environments to make greater development. |
