摘要:   The paper introduces a ROV named "Sea Horse" with depth rating up to 3,000 m seawater which is developed independently domestically and has 90% localization rates of parts and components.Firstly, the formation of ROV operation system is introduced.In addition, the general design of ROV is described, and the design concept of Core frame is given based on that.Furthermore, the electronic control system is described and analyzed.Finally, ROV control system software with full independent development is introduced, and its characteristics are elaborated.Key technologies of ROV components and parts are domestically developed successfully due to the successful sea trials of the deep-sea ROV.This ROV can not only be applied to Ocean science research, Seabed resource survey, Underwater oil engineering, Underwater military salvation and etc, but also have a immeasurable value and strategy Significance for the future ocean exploitation, ocean travel, deep-sea salvation, life saving and etc.
