摘要:   The implementation of EVP is becoming more and more important with the development of new energy vehicles and the target of low energy consumption. It has a great influence on NVH, pedal feeling and braking. The process of vehicle matching is still un- der development due to lack of application experience. Based on previous development experience, this paper puts forward a vehicle matching process that can be used to save time and cost and ensure driving safety. How to carry on the vehicle matching is the focus of the study in consideration of that EVP is a mature product, especially how to design control based on vehicle state are not clearly described in published articles. This paper focused on control and fault detection strategy of EVP. EVP structure, an application method of comparison, key bench tests related to performance of EVP, vehicle tests re- sults are illustrated. Vehicle loading methods combined with layout and system architecture is also discussed.
