摘要: As one of the most essential elements of Dual Clutch Transmission vehicle, the wet clutch plays a crucial role during the vehicle operating processes. In this investigation, concerning the thermal problem of frictional pairs, a co-simulation model, including the powertrain dynamic model and lumped heat transfer model, is established to study the dynamic response of vehicle and predict the temperature variations during the DCT crawling process. From the obtained simulation results, the desired vehicle speed(2 km/h)can be tracked and achieved successfully, with acceptable jerk level(6. 1 m/s3).And, during the crawling process, both clutches are involved and the slipping duration for clutch CL and clutch CH in one cycle is 5s and 2. 8s respectively. Consequently, with well-ar- ranged slipping time, two clutches obtain a same temperature rise, which is 8. 8℃. From the simulation results, the temperature of clutches reaches the critical value(250℃)after crawling for 221. 6s.
