摘要:   Based on the effective control of actual measurement data of vehicle,the BIW(body in white)and other parts of the BIG-DATA platform,as well as the superiority of 3DCS in three dimensional virtual simulation,"the front wheel camber angle toler-ance" is set as an example in this paper.In order to realize the dimension of quality process in the real-time,online,traceability and visual control,the closed loop analysis and strategy of the combination of theory and practice are used in this instance.Furthermore,a new "the front wheel camber angle tolerance automated mechanism" which consists of analysis,prediction and early warning would be come into being.This method provided an effective guidance for the traceability analysis in the production process.
