项目说明: | December 2021 - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers gave green light and announced the issuing of permit to allow construction of the tunnel while rehabilitation of existing tunnels could begin as early as 2023; May 2021 - GDC has taken over the responsibility of project sponsor for Hudson River Rail Tunnel PPP project, GDC will take over from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey prior to Full Funding Grant Agreement with federal government; February 2021 - New York and New Jersey have pledged USD5.5bn toward the project; August 2020 - Gateway Program Development Corporation (GDC), has updated the initial financial plan for the Hudson River Rail Tunnel P3 Project, project cost increases from USD9.5bn to USD9.8bn; June 2019 - A bi-state commission has been formed to handle the finances for a new commuter-rail tunnel; September 2018 - Ernst & Young (EY) named as financial advisor for the tunnel project; July 2017 - FRA released Draft Environmental Impact Statement review (DEIS) for the project and final EIS is expected to be issued in March 2018; Project is part of USD33bn Gateway Program; Hudson Tunnel Project includes the construction of a new rail tunnel under the Hudson River and full rehabilitation of the existing North River Tunnel |
