项目说明：	December 2021 - Project under planning stage; May 2021 - FRA and Federal Transit Administration have issued the final environment impact statement and record of decision for the project; GDC has taken over the responsibility of project sponsor for the Hudson River Rail Tunnel PPP project, GDC will take over from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey prior to a Full Funding Grant Agreement with the federal government; February 2021 - New York and New Jersey have pledged USD5.5bn toward the project; August 2020 - Gateway Program Development Corporation (GDC), has updated the initial financial plan for the Hudson River Rail Tunnel P3 Project, project cost increases from USD1.77bn to USD1.8bn; July 2017 - FRA released Draft Environmental Impact Statement review (DEIS) for the project and final EIS is expected to be issued in March 2018; Project is part of USD33bn Gateway Program; Hudson Tunnel Project includes the construction of a new rail tunnel under the Hudson River and full rehabilitation of the existing North River Tunnel
