项目说明: | January 2021 - Malaysia and Singapore have decided to terminate the project as both countries could not reach an agreement on several changes that the Malaysian government proposed; June 2020 - Malaysian and Singaporean governments have agreed to extend the suspension of the project to December 2020; December 2019 - Malaysia is on board for project but speed of the trains might be adjusted to cut costs; May 2019 - Malaysian MyHSR launched tenders for the appointment of Technical Advisory Consultant (TAC) to review the technical aspects of project's cost reduction options; September 2018 - Construction of project has been formally postponed until May 2020 and will complete in 2031; April 2018 - Contract awarded for civil works for the Malaysian section; Project includes construction of 350 km line from Bandar in Malaysia to Jurong East in Singapore; Total project cost - MYR60bn (USD14.8bn) |
