项目说明：	November 2021 - Project under planning stage; October 2020 - Ministry of Transport to formulate a strategy on development of Vietnam's railway transport to 2030, with a vision to 2050 and a comprehensive railway development plan under which project is included; Line will be connecting the Ha Khau railway with Lao Cai is 5.6 km long built to the east across 8 provinces and cities, including Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong and Hai Phong end point at Lach Huyen port (Hai Phong); Line also includes 73 large bridges with length of more than 130 km, 25 tunnels with 25 km long, 38 stations, including 29 new stations; Project Value - VND100trn; [B&R]
