| 摘要： | The objective of this study is to investigate important factors that are known to influence the adhesive bond provided by the tack coat at the interface between pavement lifts while evaluating potential Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) test methods. The proposed study will aim at developing guidelines on the surface treatment of the existing pavement lift, selection of tack coat application rate, and developing/adopting a field (QC) and/or laboratory performance test (QA); the latter being the main focus of the study. |
