| 项目说明： | November 2021 - Dredging contract awarded to Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation; August 2021 - US Army Corps of Engineers and Port of Houston Authority have signed a project partnership agreement for project; February 2021 - Port of Houston in the US is expected to open tender for the Project 11; Project 11 was authorized in the Water Resources and Development Act of 2020, and passed by Congress in December 2020, USACE designation was announced on 19 January, 2021; Project includes the extension in length, width and depth of the 93 km Houston Ship Channel and will see 66 km of the channel's length improved, including widening the channel by 51.8 m along its Galveston Bay reach from 161 m to 213 m, and deepening upstream parts to 13.7 m |
