| 项目说明： | November 2021 - Project under planning stage; March 2021 - Government of Vietnam has approved the project; November 2020 - JICA side to quickly complete the project survey so that it can start up soon in 2021; June 2020 - Da Nang people's committee and JICA signed MoU for conducting survey and data collection on project; May 2017 - City People's Committee suggested Ministry of Transport to review and agree on contents of research so as to have basis for implementing further procedures to implement the project soon; February 2017 - Pre-feasibility study report has been completed by Japan Port Consultant Company and Japan Coastal Zone Development Institute, Phase I will cost VND5581bn (USD243mn); Project to be carried out in three phases, Phase I will build 1 general cargo terminal and 1 berth container which is expected to be completed by 2022, Phase II and Phase III are expected to be completed in 2030 and 2050 respectively; Project cost - USD1.4bn |
