| 摘要： | The objective of this task is to describe the current state of dedicated short range communications (DSRC) equipment capabilities, spectrum licensing, acquisition requirements, and the further development required to achieve vehicle to roadside communications. In addition, this task will include the development of deployment, operating, and maintenance guidelines, including licensing approaches. This work is being incorporated into National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 03-101, Costs and Benefits of Public-Sector Deployment of Vehicle to Infrastructure Technologies. |
