| 摘要： | The objective of this project is to develop performance models for pavement smoothness and distresses based on the percentage of segment worse than the threshold values instead of the current approach, which uses average condition values. The impacts of these models are reviewed based on calculation of benefits as well. This approach is intended to produce models that work better within the performance model constraints of the PaveM software. |
