| 摘要： | As part of a large study on infrastructure deterioration and cost recovery conducted for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). The PI has developed an interview methodology to gather freight stakeholder views on fee fairness and acceptable structures. The primary goal of this interview process is to communicate with different stakeholders of overweight-freight transportation about ways to tackle infrastructure deterioration issues. This K-TRAN project will replicate that interview methodology with freight stakeholders in Kansas. |
