摘要：	The mission of the Center for Structural Durability (CSD) is to promote new opportunities for research, education and technology in the area of durable structural highway systems that will directly assist the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in achieving its highest standard of performance of the Michigan highway system. The CSD is committed to assisting MDOT in research, training and technical expertise to provide transportation users with a quality infrastructure system that is built to last. The CSD has two primary objectives for the MDOT FY14 duration: (1) to investigate methods to improve the durability of MDOT highway structures through research in the areas of structural design and materials, construction, evaluation and maintenance practices; and (2) to provide education and outreach activities that promote innovation in durable highway structures.
