| 摘要： | Once completed, this project will compare two different possible methods that could be used to detect voids in the installation of pipes through trenchless technology. The first technology examined will be FutureScan, a robot outfitted with a radar system that can scan voids by being placed directly into the pipe. The FutureScan method is a new method developed by CUES Inc. and Louisiana Tech. The second method will be ground penetrating radar (GPR), which will be compared to the results from the FutureScan technique. |
