| 摘要： | Freight corridors and gateways are key elements of the transportation network, and there is a need for the United States and its North American partners - Mexico and Canada, to proactively identify where new infrastructure should be built to handle changes in trade patterns, demographics and freight flows with a focus on the role of transportation in United States exports. In particular, this project will research and document foundational elements that could produce information to help decision makers. |
