| 摘要： | The main objective of this research is to provide information to State departments of transportation (DOTs) and metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) on the effectiveness and ease of implementation of mitigation strategies for reducing truck emissions and truck noise levels at truck freight bottleneck and intermodal locations. A secondary objective of this research is to demonstrate modeling methodologies, including methodologies from previous related research from the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP Projects 8-101 and 25-46), for State DOTs and MPOs to use in estimating truck emissions and noise levels. |
