| 摘要： | This paper analysis the technical characteristic of rubber powder，asphaltrubber and ARHM(asphalt rubber hot mix)on the baseis of summarize thetechnical characteristics of asphalt rubber at home and abroad and combinationthe extension and expansion project of the express way from Xi'an to Tongchuan．Mechanism of interaction with the rubber asphalt particles have three kinds ofmechanisms，including swelling degradation mechanism， blending chemicalmechanism and blending physical mechanism．Three kinds of mechanisms areinteraction and cross-cutting．suggests the type of mixture ratio which fit forShaanxi Province highway engineering layer，In addition，In the productiveprocess，the mixing process，processing temperature and storage and reactiontime have great impact on the performance of the ruber asphalt．the paper alsoaccounts for the key points of the construction technology and constructioncontrol of the Rubber asphalt layer．The wok of the paper provide the foundationfor applications the rubber asphalt pavement construction in Shaanxi Provincehighway engineering．Key word：Rubber powder;Asphalt rubber;Asphalt rubber hot mix;Technical characteristic |
