| 摘要： | This report describes the results of the Scottish Inspection Panel 2018 survey and discusses the use and performance of 14mm mixtures and the influence of laid thickness of surface course on future performance. The report provides an update on the estimated average service life of TS2010 and highlights that the life of all surfacing material, including TS2010, can be compromised by poor working practices. The report recommends a need for a system or process that will stop the laying of cold materials to avoid expensive remedial works and consequent disruption to the travelling public. |
