    摘要:  In the development process of a Chinese brand SUV, three -dimensional design and finite element analysis technology are used to analyze the static stiffness, bending, twisting and modal performance of the hatchback assembly in the body development stage. In the premise of ensuring the hatchback's modes, stiffness and other performances. According to the characteristics of the door assembly, the lightweight design of the hatchback is developed combined with structural optimization and material optimization. Use finite element analysis technology to verify the stiffness, modes and other structural performances of the hatchback after lightweight. The ration- ality and feasibility of the lightweight solution are verified by carrying out the test of actual vehicle modes and torsional rigidity. The re- sults meet the requirements and the weight of hatchback is reduced by 6. 7%.

    摘要:  Aiming at the problem that actuator faults make control effect worse in the process of adjusting the ride height for elec- tronically controlled air suspension(ECAS)system, a method that can diagnose the actuator fault for ECAS system is presented. First- ly, the models of 1/2 ECAS system and actuator faults are established. Then, extended kalman filters, which are designed by extended kalman estimation algorithm, are used to establish the residual observer bank considering the nonlinear characteristics of the ECAS sys- tem. Finally, according to the state estimations achieved by extended kalman filter bank, output residuals are obtained and can be com- pared with a threshold to detect and isolate the actuator faults. The simulation results show that the presented method can successfully di- agnose actuator fault of ECAS system.

    摘要:  This paper investigates the path following control problem for the two-wheel independently actuated autonomous ground vehicles through coordinated control of the autonomous front-wheel steering and the differential steering control, to improve the tracking performance. The path following controller based on the model predictive control algorithm designed to track the predefined path. To meet the requirement of adaptive prediction horizon for the model predictive controller, the adaptive preview time control achieved through the fuzzy control. The path following for the differential steering control proposed according to the characteristics of the independently actuated vehicle. The coordinated control is achieved through allocating the output weigh of the wheel steering angle and the in-wheel motors torque. CarSim-Simulink joint simulation results indicated that coordinated control strategy is feasible, can effectively improve the transi- ent performance and flexibility of the vehicle steering and achieve a better tracking performance toward the desired path.

    摘要:  This study introduces the mechanical structure and control system of an electric water pump(EWP).Based on this EWP,multiple tests have been done to analyze the vehicle warm-up process.The results show that coolant temperature in engine warm-up process experiences three stages rising from normal condition to 95℃.The 1st stage begins with the engine starting and ends up with the thermostat opening: EWP flow has little influence on the rising of coolant temperature,but On-Off mode combing with a fitting strat-egy could reduce time by 23%~25%in this stage.During the 2nd stage,coolant in the radiator and the bypass system start to mix due to the temperature difference.Increasing the flow of EWP could accelerate the process.Once the coolant temperature of inner engine is equal to outer radiator,the 3rd stage begins,and EWP should decrease the flow to reduce the heat loss and speed up the coolant temperature rising.

    摘要:  In this paper,using FEA simulation,resolve the problems those appear abnormal deform during the FRB test.The low-er section of driver's chest may be bad intrusion of steering columnresulting from heavy deforms of front floor.Those phenomena all are not accordance with our expectation.We find out the reason causing abnormal distortion exactly by using CAE method and disassembling test vehicle.And propose effective modifications using in following test vehicles those do not occur abnormal deform in follow FRB test.

    摘要:  Steer-by-wire(SBW)system has no mechanical linkage between steering wheel and steering gear.It can improve the handing stability,passive safety and comfort of vehicles.However,the failureof SBW system can cause hazard driving situations,so how to ensure its safety has always been one of the restricting factors.The paper will come up with a dual-redundancy architecture of SBW system,which consists of four dual-redundancy subsystems,they are dual-redundancy power supply subsystem,dual-redundancy steer-ing wheel subsystem,dual-redundancy steering gear subsystem and dual-redundancy communication network subsystem.Fault Tree Anal-ysis(FTA)and Monte Carlo method are used to build the mathematical model for calculating the hardware reliability indexes of the du-al-redundancy SBW system proposed,the reliability indexes include degree of reliability,mean time between failures(MTBF)and failure rate.Compare these indexes with existing international standards to check if it is safe enough.Then compare dual-redundancy SBW system with part-redundancy SBW system and basic SBW system to indicate that only by using whole redundancy can SBW system get enough safety reliability.These aspects are implemented computationally with Matlab.
