| 摘要： | The US Department of Transportation (USDOT) is seeking consulting services to analyze transportation investment models in other countries. The proposed work would be undertaken as at least three separate tasks, each of which would result in a written report. Together, the three reports would represent a valuable analysis of how countries from around the world approach three of the most important issues in transportation infrastructure investment: (1) how to include private sector resources in the investment framework, (2) how government resources can be leveraged through credit assistance programs, and (3) what are the policy frameworks underpinning transportation infrastructure investment programs. The proposed work would be a resource for transportation officials in the United States (US), allowing them to better understand the approaches taken abroad, and to incorporate best practices and innovations in US transportation investment programs. |
