| 摘要： | As a core interest of the mainland China, the South China Sea issues have been upgraded into the same level of national interests like Tibet, Taiwan and Xinjiang issues from policy prospective. Recently, existing powers demonstrated by China in the areas of military force, national jurisdiction and the building of islands have achieved a certain level of policy effects. However, due to the US "Pivot to Asia" policy and the reunion of the Southeast Asia States,China has faced higher diplomatic pressure and costs. To this end, China has adjusted its diplomatic policy and initiated a so-called "dual-track approach." By observing China's strategies today, these seem to achieve certain policy efforts. |
