| 摘要： | Demonstration Project 108 (Demo 108) was developed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to assist State Highway Agencies (SHAs), Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), and local agencies improve their existing pavement management practices through the demonstration of techniques successfully being used in several SHAs. Demo 108 focuses its attention on the techniques used in the development of multi-year prioritized programs used to identify and select cost-effective projects and treatments for a pavement network. The demonstration consists of a two-day overview of the techniques used in Multi-year Prioritization (MYP). The technical material for Demo 108 combines up-to-date technical information on each of the components of the analysis with information obtained through site visits to five states practicing multi-year prioritization. The information is contained in the reference manual, which is used to supplement the demonstration instruction. |
