| 摘要： | FHWA Demonstration Project 108 consists of a series of outreach sessions to provide state highway agencies with technical assistance to enhance existing pavement management capabilities through the inclusion of a multi-year prioritization (MYP) analysis. As indicated by its name, MYP is a process used to objectively identify the best combination of projects over a multi-year period. Using the techniques that will be discussed in this section of the Reference Manual, agencies will be introduced to the tools necessary to develop a process that helps allocate limited resources in an efficient and cost-effective way over a multi-year period. These techniques provide the information necessary to evaluate the long-term impacts of various rehabilitation strategies through an evaluation of the following elements: The timing of rehabilitation actions; An economic analysis of feasible maintenance and rehabilitation alternatives; The predicted impact on the network over time for each combination of projects over a given analysis period. |
